EMPLOYMENT 2.0 - Update

I would've expected many more concepts in this category. Adding collaborative and other social features to this exciting market space should result in many more experiments and innovations. Or is it simply too dificult to build a viable 'social' and 'open' business model in a sector where everybody has an interest in keeping things for themselves?
