DBASE 2.0 - Update

Since databasing is one of the most important niches in the software market, it's surprising how few pure dbase players I've found so far. Am I missing something?
To compensate this a bit, I've dumped my research on treemaps - an attractive trick to present complicated data in one view. Furthermore, many interesting things regarding the presentation of complex data are going on in all kinds of mash-ups...

Amazontreemap - Treemap example with "All Digital Cameras"; many more at this link
Flexdirectory - List people, groups, jobs
Flickrgraph** - Visualize your network on Flickr
Hivegroup - Treemap specialist
HivePM - Treemap for product management
HivePPM - Treemap for purchasing performance management
HiveSM - Treemap for sales management
Honeycomnewsmap* - News treemap
Itunestreemap - Track the iTines Top 100 songs as they move up and down the charts
Kowari - Store, retrieve or analyse metadata
Lazybase - Create, manage & share database
Merit - Treemap for Marine Corps Equipment Readiness Information Tool
Peetscom - Treemap product comparison
Perspectives** - Visualizes spatio-temporaly the places we inhabit
Powehousemuseum - Contribute to museum object folksonomy
Regger - Datamine your blog
Socialcircles* - Visualizes relations in an email database
Turbodbadmin - Online dbase in Ajax

Italic = new. Updated 061221, 070119.

G'day,
It appears that all the links on the dbase 2.0 page point to http://www.hivegroup.com/amazon.html.
That's a pity...
