Probably not a blog, but the fan page of a blog service.

40. Topix
Not a blog, but a news forum.

63. Metafilter
More of a forum or bulletin board than a blog; should not be in this list.

74. Mog-Gazette
This is not a blog, but a music sharing community's news page.

91. Yanxi
Hard to assess what this really is (about) - even with Google's beta translator.
