The legal aspects (e.g. copyright ownership, stalking in communities, variations of spam in many social environments) are manifold. You could say that the core business of many content companies is in (affiliate & partnership) contract management. Therefore I think it's strange that this category has so few entries.
As an industry, the whole web sector should be ashamed that we're still making such a total mess of online payments. Or should we blame only the credit card companies - pumping billions around the worold every second for the retail sector, and still a pain in the ass for almost every online merchant?
